both physically and energetically - thus motivating us to blossom into spring, mirroring the glorious nature that is all around us.
Deanne will guide us with some joyful somatic movement to awaken our body and senses

Womens Movement and Meditation Practice circle
A special gathering of souls came to celebrate this new lunar year and the return of the light, as we inch our way into spring.
A feeling of HOPE in the air.
The POWER of the group supporting our stillness.
The snowdrops and hellebores showing us the way as we emerge from the winter months fresh and beautiful.
We stoked our inner fire through breath, awareness and movement and lit candles and gazed into the flames and said prayers and blessings to support us/our loved ones as we journey forward ..
Gratitude beyond to the tender souls who came.

An opportunity for the women of our village together and practice heart connection.
This month we practiced under the light of the full Hunter moon in Aries. Intentionally preparing for the coming of winter.
A chance to be still and look within in order gather and harvest all that we need to be nourished as we venture into darker times

CranioSacral Therapy Residency
I spent the month down in the wildes of north Cornwall offering treatments in the Yutori tipi. The ancient circular architecture, the visiting ravens, the ferns, the slate and crystal filtered spring waters all supporting this gentle work.

Mid summer sweetness supported our coming together. Strawberries blessed us and the majestic and proud peonies openend as the evening unfurled. It was magic.
